I developed the “LinkedIn Jobs for Company Module” for Joomla, a smart and intuitive module designed to show job opportunities from LinkedIn within a Joomla site. This module allows users to easily display LinkedIn job updates by simply inputting their company’s LinkedIn ID and selecting the module position.

My client for this project was CODEBOXR, a company that specializes in customizing WordPress, Joomla, and other open-source CMS platforms, and builds both free and professional extensions/addons.

My responsibilities in the LinkedIn Jobs for Company Module project included:

  • Front-End Design: I designed the front end to display LinkedIn job updates in different ‘Display Modes’ and module positions, ensuring a flexible and user-friendly interface.
  • Back-End Development for Admin Settings: I developed back-end settings for admin control, including Module Class Suffix, choosing a display mode, inputting Company Name or ID, adding LinkedIn JS options, JS Adding Method (Sync/Async for Lazy loading), and language code. I also implemented module assignment controls for various page settings.

In this project, I applied my skills in Joomla CMS framework, PHP, MySQL, and LinkedIn REST+JSON APIs. These technologies were key in creating a dynamic and efficient module for displaying LinkedIn job updates on Joomla sites.
