My client for this project was BRAGI Group, a digital content and website development company known for driving business growth and enhancing customer engagement.

In the INFLOW Communications project, my key responsibilities included:

  • WordPress Theme Customization: I customized the WordPress theme for over 40 responsive pages, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly design.
  • Help-desk Ticketing System Development: I developed a help-desk ticketing system to streamline customer support queries.
  • Events and Webinar Access Control System: I implemented a system for managing access to events and webinars, enhancing user engagement and security.
  • Advanced CDN Management: I optimized content delivery through advanced CDN management, improving website performance.
  • Plugin Development: I developed several plugins for the website, including features like a gated website, customizable footer, dual calling feature, customer support floating button, knowledgebase content portal, and user role management.
  • Website Architecture Optimization: I implemented a highly-optimized website architecture for enhanced performance and scalability.
  • API Integration: I integrated various APIs such as PureCloud, RingCentral, ShoreTel, along with analytics and marketing tools like HubSpot, Hotjar, Lead Forensics, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insights, and others.

This project allowed me to utilize my skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Enfold Theme Customization. The integration of various technologies and APIs was crucial in delivering a dynamic and efficient website for INFLOW Communications.
