I developed a Joomla component and module for the Open Graph Protocol (OGP), designed to give full control over Joomla content for all kinds of OGP customization. CODEBOXR

My client for this project was CODEBOXR, a company that customizes WordPress, Joomla, and other open-source CMS platforms, and builds both free and professional extensions/addons.

My responsibilities in the Open Graph Protocol project included:

  • Development of Joomla Component and Plugin: I developed both the Joomla component and plugin for this project.
  • Integration of OGP Related Markup: I listed and integrated all OGP related markup to enhance social media sharing capabilities.
  • Backend Settings Development: I developed all of the settings for both the module and component on the Joomla backend, ensuring a user-friendly interface for managing OGP settings.
  • Dashboard Development for Article Management: I created a dashboard for managing OGP tagged articles, improving the ease of content management.

In this project, I applied my skills in the Joomla CMS framework, MVC architecture, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. These technologies were key in creating a dynamic and essential Joomla extension for OGP customization.
