My client, SUAD Garments Industries Ltd., is a leader in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry in Bangladesh, known for its innovative approach and commitment to Green Technology.

In this project, my key responsibilities included:

  • AWS Server Management: I managed the Amazon Web Services (AWS) server, ensuring a stable and responsive platform for the CRM.
  • Dashboard Customization: I customized features for designing intuitive and informative dashboards, enhancing data visualization and decision-making.
  • Module Integration: I integrated the CRM with existing HR, Sales, Invoicing, eSignature, and Mass Mailing Management modules for seamless operations.
  • Communication Enhancement: I customized Email Templates, VoIP, Email Gateways, and developed Custom Alerts, streamlining and improving communication channels.
  • Report Generation: I was responsible for generating and customizing reports to cater to the diverse needs of different departments.

The project gave me an opportunity to apply my skills in Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, XML, APIs, HTML, CSS, Odoo 9.0, and AWS, ensuring a comprehensive and effective CRM solution.

This CRM implementation significantly improved operational efficiency and client relationship management for SUAD Garments Industries Ltd. My role was pivotal in streamlining their processes, enhancing communication, and providing a more accurate and efficient system for managing client interactions and internal reporting.
